My husband and I found an injured turtle on the freeway. Called several vet clinics and was directed to Big Country Wildlife Rehab Center. Jennifer took the turtle and examined it - immediately had a plan to administer pain medication . Her passion for helping animals is evident ! She truly cares about all the creatures and we are so happy we crossed paths with this wonderful and compassionate human !

Awesome folks helped us take care of this poor little raccoon who innocently burglarized our office through the chimney. They were quick to answer the phone and help us out! Don't hesitate to call them!

My grandson and I had a great time at the camp for kids in October. We had fun and learned interesting things about our neighborhood animals. Getting to see and pet Ruby the Skunk was a plus.

Big Country Wildlife and Rehabilitation is an upstart non profit that seems to be growing rapidly. Their passion for wildlife rehab and public education about our ecosystems are something that need to be laid attention to. They have a staff of dedicated volunteers around the region, and are growing rapidly. They also have a robust education mission with animal ambassadors, and are working hard to educate the public on Tictok and only her social media. They are known for treating a wide variety of animals respectfully and releasing them back to the wild to live full lives. 10/10, would recommend all day long.
