I had a very bad experience with them today been going there for years a rookie started working guess a wanna be bird man talking about how much money he got instead of putting on my tire it’s just it’s blow me I rushed over here from
Marianna to get the tire very disappointed never had business did like this I came to maxis to get a brand new tire good friendly service and was happy and gone about my day and road side assistance . Don’t never go big A again….

Not only did these people sell us a dry-rotted tire, which shredded within the same month it was purchased; but they were also extremely rude when we went to express our concerns about the tire. The manager’s exact words were ‘it wouldn’t hurt our feelings either way’, when we were unsure about purchasing yet another tire from them. At the end of the day, it’s our hard earned money that y'all are wasting and the BBB should be knocking on your doors forreal.

Just bought 2 used tires. Drove to Orlando and now they are completely flat and I usually have to change my tires every other month as well. They really finessing with the used tires. Wouldn’t trust to buy new tires if they really have any

Horrible customer service. They do not have people skills and the tire quality is not good at all. So me a bad tire and did not want to work with trying to replace it. Their management is a joke and they are not clean. There are plenty of other good use tire places in town.

Absolute 👎🏾 You have to buy a tire literally every other week from these guys.. I recently purchased just another tire in less than a month and look at this 🤯. Not to mention the staff is rude asf!!! And no sort of accommodations at all.

I called BBB for an inspection for selling dry rotted tires. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I never ever would take a dollar to this place any more I gave them hundred of dollars and today I was In total disbelief it’s already I come here really four times during the month that let me know now that they are bad and already dry roded just a mess he want to argue with my wife about money when you can’t have to much of it you out in the hot sun trying to get a dollar you should never run money or customers away I went to maxis on south Monroe by McDonalds on the south side they gave me a brand new tire plus Road side assistance so I most definitely would start doing my business some where else

by far the worst damn tire shop in leon county!! don’t not waste your time or money with these clowns they false ass advertisement don’t make it no better. how you close at 5pm & both shops be closed by 4:45pm

It's not worth buying a used tire here that's a few dollars cheaper but already damaged. They might offer tu plug it but they won't patch it for free. At that point you could've just got a new tire that includes a warranty. That's just shady business.
