A great hotel with a view. The hotel is situated strategically at Kabukicho Tower, right in the heart of Shinjuku. All the activities at your foot step, but when you reach your room, a high enough level away from the bustle and you are at your own peaceful safe space. ||The front desk was a delight. Checking in is an experience in itself. The staff are what made Bellustar such a great hotel. Check in was a breeze and so reassuring as they answered all my questions. Really exceptional team. ||The room is fantastic. Floor to ceiling windows made the view so fantastic. We saw Skytree tower and DoMoCo tower from our room. Going to the penthouse lounge, we could see Mount Fuji. ||Food was excellent. Their breakfast set for in-room-dining was so well presented and delicious. ||This stay was worth every yen.

先日ランチと合わせて宿泊。ランチはダブルメインのコースでしたが、フードプレゼンテーションや提供速度も最適でした。味も美味しく、いくつかのアミューズは食感も計算されているようでとても美味しかったです。メインの鹿肉は全く臭みがなく、そのまま塩で頂いても旨く(下処理と味付けがいいのでしょう)、おすすめです。
お部屋はデラックススイート。南向きの眺望でとても良かったです。電車の音は多少聞こえますが、好きな方には新宿駅が眼下に見えるので、あえて南向きでもよさそうです。
ビューバスタイプと悩みましたが、こちらも実質ビューバスのようで、同行者は風呂上がり用の窓際のソファを気に入ってました。ジムの利用の際はウェアやシューズ、ソックスの貸し出しもあり、とても助かりました。
以前はペントハウス専用のラウンジだったと思うのですが、滞在したときには一般にも解放されておりました。

夜にはbarも利用しましたが、江戸川花火大会も綺麗に見ることができました。おそらく神宮や隅田川、足立の花火も綺麗に見えるかと思います。

また誕生日にお伺いしたくなる滞在となりました。

Perched high atop Shinjuku, this practically brand new hotel with lux restaurants, great views and prime location was a treat. The staff were helpful and the corner suite I stayed in was fantastic. One minor annoyance is the elevator from the ground floor to the lobby could take a while to arrive, but that's about it as far as faults go. It was very quiet being so far up with the only noticeable noise being the faint sounds of trains, but nothing to bring your earplugs for. If you have kids, there are plenty of amusements in Kabukicho Tower to keep them busy for a while.

お祝いでランチで行かせていただきました！西武新宿駅近くにこんな綺麗でハイクラスなホテルがあること自体知らず。ペントハウスまであって超高級ホテルです．
食事は都内一望できて天井がとにかく高く空間が広く贅沢な気分になれます。お食事もフレンチですが見た目ですごく楽しませてくれてデザートまでこれはどんな味だろう？って話しながら食べられました．
和を見た目でも楽しめるので外国の方にも喜ばれると思います。
食材は日本各地の野菜やお肉、お魚です。フランス料理にするとこんな感じになるんだ。と思わせられました。お肉の時にナイフを選ばせてくれたり。これは初めてで驚きました．シルバー１つこだわりがありとても素敵です。

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights, and our experience couldn’t have been better. We were able to arrange transportation to and from the airport with ease. The room was exceptional with stunning views of the city. Amenities left nothing more to be desired. Every single person we interacted with was kind and extremely helpful. We contacted the concierge ahead of time and they were able to book a wonderful omakase experience for us. The location was also perfect. The Shinjuku district was perfect for walking around and experiencing local food and culture. 10/10, highly recommend!

服務非常好、房間也很不錯、客房服務的食物好吃，但去他們餐廳吃的早餐就比較沒那麼好吃。整體來說都非常好，尤其服務，遇到的櫃檯人員親切且樂意幫忙處理事情。唯一的缺陷是隔音不太好，會聽到酒店外的軌道、救護車…的聲音。但同住者在我提起前是沒有注意到的，所以大概比較不適合耳朵敏感的人。
Everything was excellent, except the noise from outside.

Stayed 4 nights with family.
Great view of Tokyo from room.
Convenient location near Shinjuku station albeit in a questionable area for family with young kids.
Breakfast in room was good. Had room service for a dinner which was also good.
On our arrival to the hotel after long hours of travel, staff could not confirm my GHA Discovery Titanium status due to planned outage on their website, despite me sending an email one week prior to our stay confirming this, and asked me to present proof of my membership status when checking out. I felt that this resulted in unnecessary delay for check-in/room upgrade and somewhat bad start to our stay, which could have been managed/coordinated better.
Amenities were excellent, including pyjamas provided, as well as kids shampoo and slippers etc.
Housekeeping was generally good but occasional odd errors (eg. our 2 kids had their provided pyjamas on first night but on second night only 1 set of kids pyjamas in the room).
Lounge available for drinks and snacks another positive.

Wonderful amenities, lovely room and facilities.
Right in the middle of everything, clean, comfortable, lots of food, entertainment options. Convenient to subway. Fantastic spa services! Couldn’t ask for more, would live here if I could! Has been our fave go to Tokyo hotel for two trips now and counting!
