I've lived here for 20 years the HOA used to consist of decent human beings who lived here now it's contracted to first residential a bill collector in Tampa Florida and they change their contract whenever and with no explanation and it's very convenient for the bellair how because they blame it on first residential and first residential blames it on bellair mean while the resident gets screwed and unfortunately there is nothing you can do. They don't even send you an email or notify you of a change in price, they simply add surcharges that are ridiculous and add on penalties and interest , it's the homeowners responsibility to check .

This is a small neighborhood park but perfect for the neighborhood because it has a playground, basketball court and a pool. With the pandemic and working to be careful to be out eating in public too much, we decided to sit here for dinner and just watch the sky change colors.

The parks aren't what they used to be. After paying exorbitant HOA fees I have to pay a deposit to get a key to access the amenities. The grass is kept green in the summer (when no one uses it) and allowed to die in the winter. The HOA office doesn't return voicemails.

Great facilities for the whole family. Have pools, tennis courts, volleyball etc. Nice golf course and a good restaurant all in the area. Good location as it is close to schools from elementary through high school.

This HOA is probably one of the best that I've dealt with. They are understanding when it comes to one offs, but they still keep the neighborhood looking nice.

Great simple place, a bit difficult to find and very small parking lot. Wish it wasn't inside of a neighborhood.
