I absolutely hate writing this review because I think she's a great doctor. Unfortunately, the clinic where she works at the time of this review is Allergy & ENT and they have deceptive billing practices. (I should have read their reviews on Yelp and Better Business Bureau.) Here's the skinny: I confirmed they accepted my insurance at the time I scheduled my appointment. When they texted me the link to check into my appointment, I electronically filled out the paperwork. They asked for my credit card to facilitate payments and I provided one - since Dr. Bednarski's reviews were so good, I saw no reason not to trust them. Once I completed everything, I was presented with a pre-charge of $60 as my appoved co-pay for the appointment. When i physically checked in, it charged my card that amount. I had a great visit with the doctor and left - all good so far, i was thrilled because I really liked this doctor. Then 2 days later, I received an automated, no-reply email stating $202 would AUTOMATICALLY be charged to my credit card. No explanation. No attached invoice. They provide a phone number to call in the email but NO ONE ANSWERS IT - it goes to voice mail. I called several times throughout the day and I've left messages, but no one calls back. I got my insurance company involved and they tried to get hold of someone in billing to confirm that a claim would be filed as they had not received anything as of yet. They got sent to voice mail without a call back. If they submit a claim to my Insurance Company and they pay Allergy & ENT the addition money I was charged, that leaves me with the task of chasing down the refund from this clinic. I have zero confidence of this getting resolved. I don't get it; how in the world can anyone trust this practice enough to come back? *I just received a notice that they are going to hit my card again for an appointment I cancelled that was scheduled for the last week of October.**

Amazing office from the time you enter til you leave, you are taken care of! The Doctors took time to listen, care, and understand my concerns. They consulted with each other to do the best they could to address my issues. Very knoweledable and overall great experience and great office staff!

This is second time I came for appointment & when I arrived the secretary said Doctor left early & they said they were calling me but I never got a call.
I will try to find another EENT Doctor.
I am upset again for the second time.
