A-Rose Contractors

Carlos Neto

Extremely unethical guy. He was driving behind me, at an intersection, when I turned to the right to the street I was going to, he passed me, swerved at me in a threatening manor a few time since his vehicle was larger than mine, and cut me off as he overtook me and swerved into my lane. He ripped off my front bumper.. he then accelerated as fast as he could, and I called 911 and chased him…. He eventually stopped as he saw he couldn’t outrun me.. and I was on the phone with the police. He then said he didn’t notice he hit me and ripped off my bumper… total piece of garbage person… Update, 11/12/24 he lied to the police and said I was the one to run into him. Luckily have gps tracking and other evidence to submit to the police and insurance.

I have to say A-Rose contracting exceeded my expectations with my remodeling project. My entire condo looks brand new with custom made cabinets and beautiful porcelain tile floor throughout. I would recommend anyone looking for an excellent contractor who communicates well and does what he says he is going to do to definitely contact Roy Delgado with A-Rose.

I am very happy to recommend A-Rose for any type of home remodeling work. I contracted them to remodel my condo a year ago. The owner Roy, was very knowledgeable in the entire process and helped me with many decisions along the way. His workers and subs were all top notch as well. The prices were reasonable as well. Give Roy and A-Rose a shot, you won’t regret it.

We decided to go with A Rose Contractors because they did an outstanding job for our neighbors. We saw the quality of the work and we were impressed. The price was right for the quality of work they provided us with. Their workmanship was second to none. They exceeded our expectations. We had them remove the popcorn ceiling, put new flooring on top of our existing tiles, replace our kitchen cabinets, and install a Quartz countertop and backsplash. Everything came out beautifully. We were impressed by the four teams that were working on our project. Each team was very professional, on-time, friendly and very clean. What impressed us most, was the very short time period they got the job done. We handed the keys over on October 10th. The kitchen and the popcorn removal crew came in at the same time. Our old kitchen cabinet were dismantled while I was still there. The popcorn removal crew was done on October 13th. Roy sent in the flooring crew the following morning. They finished their part of the job around lunch time on October 16th. The following day Roy sent in his team, and they finished the installation of the cabinets by October 19th. On October 21st the countertop team came in, to take the measurements. On October 24th the countertop was installed and the measurements for the back splash were taken. The following day they came back to install the back splash. The entire transformation only took 15 days. Each team was super professional, and therefore we can only highly recommend A Rose Contractor for any remodeling job you might have. We will surely reach out to Roy early next year to have our master bathroom redone. Axel Wojnar

Did a full bathroom remodel for us and everything turned out perfect. Had great communication about things that came up along the way. Clean and courteous employees. Would definitely recommend.

Professional business. Overall satisfied with the end product however communication along the way was a little scarce. Other than that, great crew that knew what they were doing. Kyle was a pleasure to work with and made us feel comfortable with asking questions and giving criticism along the way.
