Update: I got a call 4 days later with the offer to get a refund or get credit on the account. Glad it got resolved.
After 4 months of attending school we were signed up for a promotional free class in addition to our twice a week subscription, a week into it we canceled and used make up classes. Apparently this was not corrected in the aqua tots system and we were charged for three times a month rate in Feb. I noticed this error on the bank statement and reached out asking for a refund, still waiting for a call back 4 days later. It’s a great swimming school, but they need to fix the app or be more diligent about recording cancellations. We are not even scheduled for 3 days a week in Feb, but we were charged anyway.

Staff is amazing, they are kind and patient. I love the small group classes. The facility is very clean and my 3 yr old is learning a lot, and enjoys her time there.

I must express my extreme disappointment with AquaTots, particularly the proprietor, Mike Steele, and the overall management at 5290 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, GA 30342. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, with Mr. Steele displaying a discourteous and disrespectful demeanor that is completely unacceptable. , During my attempt to address my concerns with Mr. Steele, he went so far as to abruptly hang up in my face.

The privately-owned nature of AquaTots, conveniently distancing itself from corporate responsibility, raises serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of the management. As a concerned parent and a contributing member of our community, I feel utterly deceived. It is disheartening to consider the possibility that my valid concerns have been overlooked, potentially influenced by factors beyond the merits of the issues I've raised.

I sincerely hope that discriminatory practices are not at play in the resolution process. The unfair treatment I've experienced, coupled with the lack of a satisfactory resolution, seriously calls into question AquaTots as a reliable institution for swimming lessons.

If you are considering AquaTots especially the Sandy springs location for your child's swimming education, I strongly advise against it. The unfair treatment I've endured and the lack of integrity in their operations make AquaTots an unreliable choice for any parent seeking a trustworthy environment for their child's swimming lessons. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more reputable institution that prioritizes professionalism and accountability.

The skills Aqua Tots provides our 3 kids are priceless to our family. Safe boundaries around water are key! Staff is kind and helpful especially when my youngest has a few tears. Also, as a busy family, thanks for the simple makeup policy!

Staff and coaches are very nice. They are on a first name basis with my daughter which is so cute! She is learning to swim and be brave and safe in the water. There are plenty of make-up classes available when she can’t make her original lesson.

Morgan and her team are THE BEST! I was anxious to put my 6month baby girl in the pool, but they make it fun! This is the DREAM introduction to swimming pools/swimming/water safety for little ones like mine!
