This is my second time using APL Federal Credit Union as my auto loan lender, and it has consistently been a wonderful and easy experience. I had the pleasure of having Christian Richmond as my loan officer - who is not only well versed in their work, but was able to answer and address the many questions and concerns that I had regarding my loan. My auto loan application was fully submitted Monday and, with the help of Christian and their great customer service, I was able to walk out with the auto check by Wednesday evening. I am an APL member for life!

I have been with APL since 2017. This bank has been amazing. Most recently I had the pleasure to work with Laura Clark. She was efficient and extremely helpful. Most importantly, she was friendly, professional, and happy to do her job. Additionally, she was extra thorough with her followup texts (I'm sorry for never replying to them!).
