Good day. Now is the season when parents are looking for clubs for their children. This is a message to warn all parents that this club and the owner, Anastasia, is a cruel woman who both morally and physically abuses children. More than once, children come out crying from training. And also already we later found out that there are exercises that are not permissible at their age, which Anastasia forces them to do because of more. Be vigilant when looking for clubs, read reviews, look for competent trainers who have certain achievements in life. Do not go to dubious clubs such as this one. My sincere recommendation is not.

From day one, Anastasia has shown incredible dedication and expertise in nurturing my child Umma's passion for gymnastics. The studio itself is well-equipped, clean, and safe, providing a perfect environment for learning and growth.

Great school with knowledgeable and friendly teachers that care about their job. My two daughters went to this school last year and were very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I do not recommend this academy; when asked by director Anastasia about an accidental injury while doing the splits on two chairs, Anastasia did not give an adequate answer and was rude. From the unprofessional communication of director Anastasia, it became clear that the coach is not competent in the basics of anatomy and physiology. I would be afraid to give my daughter to such an inadequate coach.

We started with Anastasia and AP Rhythmic Gymnastics when my daughter was 3.5 and never looked back. Now, at almost 5, she loves every minute of it. It has given her so much confidence in and out of the gym! Amazing teachers and a great experience.

I really do not recommend this institution, it's terrible that children are yelled at, called names. Especially the owner Anastisia Podrushniak. This club is not for parents who love their children.
