Leaving a 5 star review because the ladies on the phone this morning were fantastic . Called at 8am, and by 8:30 my issues are resolved , plus on top of that they were very pleasant. Never like calling in or being put on hold , who does . But they truly made it a breeze . Thank you for a quick experience !

I had a phone appointment, the person was 23 minutes late. When they called I was away from my phone. They left no call back number. I tried calling the Annapolis main line, waited 12 minutes just for the call to drop. I sent an email from the address I got from the website, I received a notification that it was not valid. I finally got through to someone on the phone the third time calling and my new appointment is a week out. I was told I didn’t receive a call back number because members were teleworking. This place is damn joke.

The woman at the front desk on Thursday was rude and unprofessional. I have been there before and was interviewed by a social worker. My niece died and left behind a son with autism. They only gave him $63.00 a month
I went to reapply because I have to pay for food for him. She was rude and nasty. I told her I had already been interviewed. She raised her voice and said she did not know who or why that took place. She should not be at that front desk.

If I could give negative stars I would. I applied for
My benefits on 12/09/24. They scheduled a phone interview for 10am on 12/24/24. Nobody called me. They couldn’t reschedule me an appointment either. I finally called their 1-800 number and got an IN PERSON INTERVIEW for today at 10:30. I get a call from a random number at 10:16am. I didn’t answer cause I was walking in the SS building. I check in 15 min EARLY and after me waiting an hour in there, they tell me I missed my apt. How the hell are they going to call me early, knowing I have an appointment AT THE BUILDING and make me reschedule AGAIN for another 10 days. Never in my life. Worst SS building I have ever encountered and the most disrespectful. The people at the front just blame the people “upstairs” but just so yall know, when you schedule an “in person interview” there is no in person interview. They put you in a meeting room and either call your phone or the phone at the desk.

They don't deserve any stars. The people that work here a lazy, disrespectful, rude and do not help anyone. They sit around and laugh at those in the waiting room as if they are so much better. They all need to be fired. It sickens me to know that our tax dollars are paying their salary for them to do absolutely NOTHING!!!! SMH.

This place is full of lazy ass people who half ass their job they give out completely wrong information and then blame you for not knowing the information is wrong! I’ve called 15 times since last Friday and somehow a snap manager is never at work so why do they have a job ? And how yall got a manager yet none of the workers are educated on their job and yet everyone else Who applies for help gets punished for the people who work there, not knowing how to do their job! I absolutely can’t stand this place and I think They need To rehire and retrain the whole staff!!!
