I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner Krista Clark. The exam room had no air flow and was extremely warm. At the same time I was having a hot flash. While trying to speak with the nurse practitioner she got irritated with me saying I was making her uncomfortable with my complaints of the heat. I just received a letter saying they will not see me anymore and to seek a new doctor as soon as possible! What kind of a woman in the healthcare industry does not understand a hot flash? I was not rude, I was not disrespectful, I was hot. Instead of trying to accommodate me she just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. Worst doctor's appointment ever!

They were rude as hell. If I could give negative stars I would… She shoved all my problems to the side and told me I should lose weight as if that wasn’t something I was working on but other health factors were in the way. I do not recommend AT ALL. Save your time and money as all they care about is the money.

As always from the time that I walked in the door till the time that I left the staff was outstanding. I don't see any way to improve excellence. Dr Hastings is very thorough and always ask me if I have any concerns. I would recommend Dr Hastings and her staff to anyone that wants to be treated like you're the only one. I was never once treated like I'm just a number. Thank you to all the staff and a special thank you to Dr Hastings.

Dr. Hastings and staff are awesome. Every visit has been prompt. No wait times. Very clean and very professional. I recommended her to my best friend Marquita and she loves it there as well. She’s very thorough and listens to your concerns.
