This review below was written about Innovative Health who is in the Alphacare medical group. After IEHP and I contacted them they refuse to contact the primary themselves to have the changes made and refuse to do anything to aid in my getting the health care I need. I spoke to Jennifer in Alphacare, care management on 9/22 at 9:34am. AlphacareCare Managment refused to assist in my getting the healthcare and tests I need to treat a serious condition.

I have always loved this office and my nurse practitioner. Christina P for many years. Last week after an ER visit and hospitalization, at a follow-up visit, I was spoken over and rudely dismissed by my NP Who told me that the entire staff at Corona regional who saved my life were wrong and SHE knew exactly what was wrong with me even though she never read the ER report or my medical history before entering the exam room. During my visit her office submitted orders for an unrelated medical condition. When I called radnet to schedule my appointment they told me that the wrong orders are submitted and to just call back and have them change it. They refused to change itn and again tried at me. Her office has successfully and efficiently blocked me from medical care and no one can get around what they did or refuses to. My insurance provider IEHP has tried to go around them and even they cannot undo what they did. I don't know who it is in the office that is doing this but the office is blocking my Medicare and I have been told this is illegal. I cannot get the proper orders to receive the exams and procedures I need. Even the medical group AlphaCare management refuses to do anything to correct what the primary under their umbrella did wrong. Reports of the situation have already been filed within IEHP regarding innovative health care and Christina P. I've been strongly urged by IEHP to file grievances with the medical board and the department of management healthcare. They even provided me all the phone numbers. What they are doing is illegal. I hope that others have not also had this problem. Be very leery, someone in that office is endangering people's lives and nobody cares enough to fix it. I certainly hope this isn't breast cancer as I believe it's not.

Very frustrating place. Unorganized staff when clientele gives out private information on paper, to be sent back by mail, to their agency. They cannot find my hubbys paperwork to help me be able to situate his medical issues. It's been months since they have not been able to find the info.

Worse customer service can't get through to talk to a human and there providers and specialist are not up to date or no longer contracted with alpha care this is the Worse medical group with Medicare if u want to live change your medical care
