Steve was great! He came out late in the evening and quickly diagnosed and repaired the condenser. I will definitely refer friends and family and will use again!

Update - After learning we were charged a 1,845% markup for the part that was replaced, I’ve decided to change my ratings. We were charged a higher than normal labor fee that should have compensated for the late night service call. A 50% markup is acceptable. Hell, a 100% markup would be acceptable for offering services after hours and a justifiable amount for a convenience fee to have the part on hand. What we were charged for the part is criminal and I can’t help but think that it was altered based on profiling. You know, the nicer the house, the more expensive the part becomes. I run a handyman company and I wouldn’t be able to sleep with myself knowing that’s how I ran my business. I reached out to Steve for an explanation and he simply said it’s the cost of business and even mentioned that Google charges him $65 alone for me making the phone call through their search. Like I’m solely responsible for his advertising budget. He left his sticker on our equipment expecting us to us him in the future as if that would ever happen knowing how he runs his business. Thanks but no thanks!!
