Adam quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator on the phone and promptly scheduled a service call. The company utilizes an application that notifies you of the arrival time. We were having an issue with our fridge and texted A&A to come out. They responded very quickly and even though they were unable to come out at the moment, due to their van being in the shop, they did help us by texting us ways we could fix the issue ourselves. A&A is my go-to for appliance repair. Had a Viking fridge that was acting up and 3 different companies came up and could not offer a viable solution.

Adam conducted himself unlike any other company I interacted with it. He made more progress on the 1st visit than the past 3 companies made on several. Got to the bottom of the issue, set good expectations, and fixed the problem in a timely manner for a fair price. Extremely polite and professional throughout the process. A&A also did a good job replacing 2 furnace humidifiers.

Honestly I can't thank these guys enough. It was a pleasure having Adam and team out to my home.

Adam was great! I cannot say enough about him. This was the second time he came out to my house (first time I did not write a review…but I should have) to fix our dryer. He came took apart the unit found the issue, fixed it and said might as well clean this so it works better for you. Gave some info and turned it on. He was also talking with us and is going to beat a quote for an A/C and Furnace. Price was great and would recommend to anyone I know. Thanks again Adam!

I needed my washer looked at, so with all the positive reviews about Adam from A&A I just had to use them. When I contacted them Adam got back to me right away, and squeezed me in his busy schedule.
Adam was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Although my washer was not fixable, he was kind enough to only charge me half for the service call. Thank you Adam, and I will definitely be using you in the future!
