Cambio: Luego de unos 3 meses y varios días mi llave dejó de funcionar, pedí servicio a domicilio un sábado, llegaron más tarde de lo acordado, no me pudieron hacer la llave, me dañaron la caja de fusibles y la computadora del carro también, terminé pagando grúa , mecánico y todo. Da miedo!

The gentleman that came to unlock the car was very professional. I appreciated his quick response and demeanor. My sis and I were inside a fast food joint waiting for him to arrive. By the time he called us we thought he was just getting there. But no, he had already unlocked the car. He made it a very easy experience. I definitely recommend these guys. Make sure to tip if you can, they deserve it.

I got their service through AAA AND THE RESPONSE TIME WAS TO HOURS, no problem then when the driver got there it took him two more hours not to get the job done and had to wait on another. I was told 20 minutes out but end up waiting and additional hours maybe more… then had to pay before he left. I just wanted a spare key made which I told the driver a Ford key would not work with my Mercury.. I had this done once before to the same car and it took less than 3 minutes.. the other guy had the key programmed and everything before I could transfer the money to my other card to pay him.. so I’m just dissatisfied overall

The driver was very professional and knew his trade very well. Before arriving he called to see if I was safe and to give me an update on his estimated time of arrival.
Overall the response timing was outstanding!
He also took safety measures by wearing his mask and that was most appreciated.

The technician was courteous and professional. I think it took him a total of not even 2 minutes to open my car. A-1 has come to the rescue for me on 4 occasions and each of the techs have been excellent. Thank you for being there when I needed help, especially in such a busy city like Miami.

I was able to get their help a few days before the new year. One of my friends left their keys in the car right on top of the seat so I made the call for help; although it took over an hour and half for them to arrive, it took less than a minute for them to solve the problem! I was happy with how quick the job got done once they arrived.

I Never wrote a review, but this must
Be the worst service we ever received to make me waste my time writing a review.
They changed an ETA through AAA 3 times over 4 hours.
The dispatcher Deanetta still won’t give an ETA when we called directly after 4 hours. Rude and unprofessional.
