I had a very great experience dealing with this bond company I’ve dealt with a ALOT of them in Georgia by far the easiest process. And the rep I was dealing with was very nice and promt. I am very pleased with the services provided and would use them again

Andrea is very rude and disrespectful. The level of disrespect is indescribable. She over talks you, talks to you like you're an animal (not even because they treat their animals better than they treat humans!), and call you names(said THESE PEOPLE are idiots).... who people Andrea?! Black people?! All for simply asking questions and needing clarification of the bonding process. This is our first time so have some damn patience simpleton. Even through the disrespect, I still communicated with her in a polite manner. She even went as far as threatening to remove the bond if we kept asking her questions. She then mentions that my husband should be released in 25min and she will call when ready. I explain to her, we are getting opposing information from the jail and want to verify the information. She then states she will remove the bond if i don't shut up and listen then hangs up! To not provoke this crazy woman I don't call back to clarify but drive to the jail house. More than 25min pass without a phone call..at this point I'm think she took my money. I go inside to visitation and bonding to see from them if she's removed the bond.... my husband is sitting waiting. This lady did not even call!!! BEWARE!!! Avoid this bond company at all COST

Every time I called this woman is very disrespectful and this is not the first time it had happened I had called to ask her a few questions she was talking over me she was getting smart for no reason what so ever I wish I had never picked this place out she is very unprofessional usually I do not take the time to write a review for peoples businesses but this right here needs to be read I want to talk to her manager or the owner of A1 bonds this absolutely ridiculous.I wish I had never picked this Bondsman. I promise you I would NEVER! Pick this company ever in my life.

Andrea Pilgrim is rude and Disrespectful! I would not recommend this bonding company to anyone! If I would have known she had a nasty attitude like that I would have spent my money somewhere else. People need to learn how to show respect to others. You never know when you will be on the other side of the fence!

Great service and only 1/4 mile from Jail!
They are also open 24 hours a day which was really helpful when you have to get your brother out of jail at 3:30 in the morning!

Much respect and love for A1. As long as you communicate whatever you are dealing with they will help you as much as they can.
