I am so glad that I went to the Wig Center a few years ago to get my first wig. I was very self conscious and Kandy made me feel very comfortable and provided great support and knowledge to help me choose a wig that worked wonders for me. I have been back several times to try new wigs and find special ones that are complimentary and fun.

Kandy was excellent. She made the process so enjoyable and easy. She helped navigate the insurance process and let me take my time deciding what wig was right. She also did a great job fitting it once I made my decision. I would highly recommend Kandy to anyone!

Kandy restored my mom’s confidence! After a long winter of a myriad of health issues, my mom started losing her hair and confidence. She no longer wanted to go in public and lost hope. I’m forever grateful to have found Kandy as she listened with an empathetic ear and made the process as easy as she could.
If you’re in need of a wig and are nervous or unsure because it may be your first time, I highly recommend Kandy. She found a wig that suits my mom very well at a reasonable price. Seeing my mom go back out in a store and smile was priceless!

Edit * Yes, Kandy this review is warranted and justified. I have been to this business with my mother so please don't just assume simply because I chose not to include details. Believe me, if I included all the details I would like to, then it would expose the issues. I told my mother we would not go that route. I thought going with the simple, I would not recommend would be polite.

My hair started thinning when I was in my early 40's, and I knew it would keep thinning until I had very little left like my mother did. I wore a hairpiece for 20 years. By the time I was 70, I didn't have enough hair to hold the clips, and I knew it was time for a wig. I did my research and found Kandy at A Wig Center. Kandy was so kind and patient with me. She found the perfect wig for me...color, shape, thickness, style. When she put the wig on me, I burst out crying and said, "I look like me!" I am so glad I found Kandy. I have a summer wig, and 2 fall/winter wigs I interchange when one needs "sprucing up".

Kandy at A Wig Center is so easy and accommodating, she asked me some questions and was able to get a wig that was just what I wanted it to look like. Kandy is very knowledgeable about her products. I wasn’t sure I wanted a wig when I went there but didn’t care for the caps so I tried it. The Jon Renau wig is so comfortable and not as hot as the caps, I wear all day. I am glad I went to A Wig Center for such a positive experience.

I've been a customer of A Wig Center for 6 years. I have dealt with Kandy every single time. From the moment I walked in for the very first time, Kandy helped me with finding and fitting me with my first wig. Since that time, she's ordered wigs for me and services them, so they look brand new. She is so knowledgeable about styling and cutting my wigs, that they look like my natural hair. I highly recommend Kandy as she's kind and so compassionate.
