We ordered an 8' Frasier Fir for our Christmas and it was the freshest, fullest, most beautifully shaped tree we have had in our 58 years. The tree was cut on December 3rd and delivered on the 5th in Dallas. The aroma filled the room and the you could not pull a needle from the branches. Attached is a photo of the tree after 3 weeks. We will order our tree from your farm from now on. Thank you so much for the wonderful tree!

We purchased our tree with Tree to Your Door and had a completely wonderful experience. The website for ordering is easy and informative. The tree left the farm on the date promised and the tracking was easy. The tree itself is beautiful - well shaped and fresh. The stand and predrilled hole made assembling it easy. Buyer beware. A Tree to Your Door states you will be satisfied and they guarantee. Trust me, if you are not satisfied they will not give you a refund. My tree arrived 5 days early and was DEFINITELY smaller than described. After many excuses and run around asked for a refund and denied.

My tree came within a couple of days of it being cut. I needed a bigger water bucket for it. The tree drank a half inch of water in 12 hours. This tree smells amazing and will be fresh the whole month

I wanted you to know my tree was awesome. Arrived just as promised. Looked great, held up like a champ with almost NO needles lost, even at 'the end'. Great packaging, great tree stand, nice disposal bag, perfect and easy setup. The tree was beautiful, fresh, green and fragrant. Thank you so much. You have a permanent customer.

UPDATE: The tree never arrived. I told Fed Ex to send it back to the company. I was informed I would not get a refund. Don't order a live expensive tree unless the company insures delivery. I am out the cost of the tree plus 70 dollars

While the ordering process was easy, I paid 70 dollars for shipping from MI to California and while it arrived easily in California it is stuck near San Bernardino and Fed Ex is being evasive and cagey about where it is and when it will arrive. it says "pending" on their site with no due date listed. in my experience with Fed ex, this notification is never good and indicates the package will not reach it's destination. So I am out over 150 bucks and will have to buy another tree. This company needs to find a more reliable shipper. UPS would be a better

First year we've ordered from them and certainly won't be the last. Our tree arrived next day and is just perfect. The 6ft tree was easy for me to set up and they were nice enough to include a bag for tree disposal later on. We couldn't have picked a more beautiful tree ourselves. Very pleased.
