I had a rotator cuff injury. I was on the island for a few months. My primary doctor provided a prescription for PT. A step ahead physical therapy is wonderful. Patty and Chris, the husband and wife owner team, are super knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. I highly recommend A Step Ahead for any one that needs PT.

Chris and Patty are a husband and wife team and they are fantastic. If you are recovering from a knee replacement, hip replacement, or other procedures or injuries that require a physical therapist, this is the place to go to. We are so fortunate to have them on Marco Island. I just finished my month long rehabilitation for a knee replacement and it was wonderful working with Chris and Patty. They were also recommended by my Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr Mead, in Naples. He is one of the leading
Orthopedists in the area. Chris worked closely with Dr Mead to track my progress.

Chris helped me with recovery therapy following shoulder surgery. He communicated well the reasons for everything we did, and was good at making me realize my excuses for not exercising were nothing but excuses. His persistence paid off, and my recovery has continued.

Marco can be busy during the Winter season, so if you’re scheduling surgery, be sure to schedule your therapy too.

I had been suffering with left leg pain for almost a year, becoming progressively worse. My pain management doctor performed numerous steroid injections into my bursa sack, my vertebrae fascits and a lumbar epidural with no relief. Finally he recommended your office. I was sceptical at first, and saw little improvement during the first month of therapy. Thereafter, I started to get relief, and now, a month after completing therapy, and continuing recommended exercises, I am almost pain free. I am extremely grateful to you and the professional expertise that you applied to solve my problem. Thank you.

I am so glad that I went to this facility. Patty was great! She was so kind and empathetic. She helped me with my rotator cuff problem.
I am from Chicago; however, we stay in Marco Island for the winter.
