Excellent customer service. I’ve been getting my running shoes here for years and I’ve had an excellent experience every time. The first time I came I was having ankle problems and my podiatrist recommended I come here to get better fitting shoes. They helped me find shoes that were right for me and my ankle problems significantly improved.

I just started running again a couple of months ago and was ready to commit to new running shoes. I wanted shoes that were perfect for my feet and would do more good than harm to my joints. I came with my son on a quiet Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by Gwen. Told her about what I was looking for and she evaluated and picked shoes for me to try. I tried on 5 pairs. It was such a great, smooth experience that I influenced family members to get fitted a few days later. They also don’t coerce you into buying any shoes although I don’t see how you can say no when you’ve put on the perfect pair. Highly recommend them!

The clerk was awesome, got my mom a pair of sneakers that really improved the pain in her feet. No pressure to buy and was very honest about the benefits that their products provided. Big selection of shoes in all sizes.

Great place with knowledgeable people. The kiddo and I went in for some running shoes. She was scanned and brought out a couple of options. She loved the first pair and we were in and out in 15 mins. Fantastic service. Thank you!

I received a pair of features socks as a gift during Christmas, and I fall in love with them. They are thick and very supportive when I was playing active sports (golf and badminton). I did not realize how important a good pair of sock are until I started to wear them. I was told that I can get these socks in A Snail's Pace, so I decided to come by. I picked up 2 pairs of socks, and slowly switch them out with my old socks. Staff were friendly and helpful! Service was great. I will come back and support local business for sure.

First time going to this running store. I went on a Sunday and it was busy. It took over and hour to get assistance. Once they helped me, it felt rushed as they were trying to attend to multiple customers at a time. I may need to go back when it’s less busy.

Once a year i buy a new pair of walking shoes at A snail's pace. Today they didn't have my particular brand and model...none and none could be ordered. When the salesperson realized no other brand or model would do, she consulted the computer and told me that REI had a pair. To me, that's above and beyond and true customer service. I'll give A snail's pace first chance again next year. Bravo!
