After my engine light came on I was told after running a diagnostic elsewhere that it had something to do with my transmission. I was recommended to go to A plus transmission, round rock location. After talking with Tim, I decided to take my car in. They were super open with everything that was going on with my car, and what I appreciated the most was they fixed what was for sure needing replacement before going after the big stuff just to make more money. They were super reasonable (for what anything related to transmission run) and finished the job in a timely manner. They even put air in my tires. I could not recommend this place more, and will definitely be taking my car here for any future problems.

At first I thought they were great and were going to get the job done right and within the week they told it would take. Next thing I know after picking the transmission up that they had rebuilt for me I had to go back to them because they ordered the wrong torque converter for the transmission and that’s where all the problems started. It’s been over a year trying to get them to fix other problems they caused like destroying my tail shaft in the back of the transmission to damaged that pictures by them while vehicle was in their possession. This place is garbage and the dude running it is a joke. Half the mechanics in there don’t seem to know what they are doing. Nothing but problems with this place and would never recommend them to anyone, in fact I’ve started warning people about them. What a joke. In my pictures is the damaged shaft they did and damaged to my vehicle. bent bumpers, damaged transmission parts and the pit a huge dent in my gas tank along with killing my battery which I know have to replace and was brand new before it went to them. If I didn’t have to put a star I wouldn’t!

I was skeptical at 1st because a lot of mechanics and businesses take advantage of customers and especially females. However, they were honest and did everything they said they would do with no fees and no hidden fees. Especially Thanks to you Tim. I really appreciate your integrity. First time in years and lots of mechanics that I didn’t feel like I was being swindled. Tim was very no nonsense didn’t try to be my best friend just told me what I needed to know and did as he said he was going to. Refreshing to say the least. When I enevidibly have vehicle problems again this is where I’ll be going. No suprises, and honest.
