My experience with a la carte went from bad to worse to...NEVER AGAIN!!!
The prices on line are NOT the prices you actually get. I was charged more then what's on line, the staff is not very friendly, some have NO clue and others just didn't care. The guy that came out and told me how the 20X20 tent and the 10X10 tent would go and where the tables would fit does not communicate with the guys that set them up, so they put one outside the fence, leaving the area where people would eat with no shade unless they wanted to leave the event area. The tables were very very worn out they were warped they were lopsided The linens didn't hide any of the breaks,cracks and dings,you could see through the linens and you could see the brown table tops through the white linens and you could see all of the pieces that were broken off and the linens got caught on them and when the guys were delivering the stuff no matter where you tell them to put stuff they just randomly put it anywhere, so I took pictures because they did quite a bit of damage we have a motion light that's a camera on the side of our house they completely wiped it out, WOULD NOT LISTEN OR STOP WHEN TOLD,"HEY YOUR GOING TO HIT THAT OR, WAIT SO I CAN MOVE THAT!!! They just swing shit around like a bunch of three year olds with too much sugar. When the one guy brought the pallet of chairs, I told him where to put the pallet, he ignored me, then slammed them against the block wall on top of the decorative rock, beyond the grass where they go, breaking the ground lights and smashing the solar lights on the wall, I picked them up and said, why did you just do that? he looked at me like he had no clue what I was saying just stared at me so I repeated myself and handed him the broken solar lights, "Oh I didn't see that,"is all he could say, they also don't tell you that they're going to put 55 gallon ugly barrels to hold it down I have to fill them up with my water and then dump all of that water out which was 200 and something gallons where they stand they don't tell you that One of them was held down with bricks that were just flying around and damage the fence I had to fix it because after that the dogs could get out I had to remove one of my gates because the guy that maps it out tells you where the tents are going to be and the guy that sets them up don't talk and they don't agree so I had to change everything last minute I went ahead and had him set up the tent outside the event area because I paid for it and I do understand you only get store credit but I will never use them again I could have $3,000 line of credit and I will never use them! don't get the big coolers! unless you're standing within 4 ft of that cooler you can't feel it they are so loud this was for a wedding and a reception and we told them one cooler on the band and we want to have a cooler on the preacher. well you can't hear when you have those coolers on and we got three of them and it was never so hot in this yard they also damaged property when they picked things up and I will be adding pictures but they did about $450 worth of damage I don't want in store credit I will never use a la carte again ever I ended up buying four of my own tents cheaper than renting one of theirs I bought two coolers off of Amazon that cooled better and were cheaper than renting theirs so if anyone needs some help renting stuff let me know cuz I know everything now because I had to last minute get all of this stuff that I had already paid like $2,000 for so my experience was a terrible terrible terrible one I'm left out money I have to replace items that they broke and the people here were very very hot they weren't comfortable and the way I had wanted to set it up and the way I HAD to set it up didn't quite work out so just not a good experience The only good pictures I have are the areas that I did the tents the tables and so forth the areas that they put their stuff was horrible absolutely horrible I can't even think of somewhere that has that low grade of party material or would throw a party with that material.
