We worked with Katy in renting various items for our daughter’s wedding (linens, tables, candle holders, etc.) and she was fantastic in making suggestions and letting us look at various items during the planning process. But the absolute best part of working with Katy (and Madison) was as the Wedding Coordinators for the wedding weekend. Katy came to the rehearsal on Friday night and helped us with last-minute decisions and then she and Madison were there all day (and night) on Saturday. They made sure that everything ran smoothly and I never had to worry about a thing. Every single detail was handled by Katy and Madison – and always with a big smile on their faces. I cannot recommend A Grand Occasion enough – they are truly wonderful!

Wow, Katy from A Grand Occasion might have been my favorite person to work with for our wedding in October. Katy rented us all of our linens, tablecloths, vases, and so much more for our big day and communicated with us constantly during the entire process to make sure we felt prepared and at ease. To top it off, Katy and her niece Madison were our wedding coordinators for the day of and did an AMAZING job! The first thing I said the morning after our wedding was "wow, everything went according to plan, and if it didn't I didn't hear about it" which is exactly how you want to feel as the bride, and was all thanks to Katy and Madison. The entire day went off without any issues - everything happened on time, according to plan, and with a sense of calm, thanks to their dedication and diligence. I would recommend Katy to anyone planning a big event - from rentals to day-of coordination!

A Grand Occasion helped us in a real short notice after another company dropped the ball and did not have our dance floor for the wedding!!! Jake was super helpful and got us all taken care of and we had an awesome night. Could never thank them enough for getting us taken care of quickly and professionally!!! Awesome people to work with. Had a great experience with this company. Affordable, quick replies while we figured out my exact needs, fast and friendly set-up, and they even tossed in extras (tent "walls") that they felt I needed free of charge. I will definitely use them for all of my event rentals from now on! 😊
