My husband and I recently prepared to downsize and move from our home. We were in need of purging a great deal of our furniture and belongings and considered having an estate sale. We decided to contact a “local” business to help us with this daunting task and, fortunately for us, we contacted Eric with “A Forgotten Treasure.”

Eric came and assessed our intentions and plans and guided us through the preparation process. He explained the steps that he and his helpers would be taking to setup and run the sale, so we collected our items and identified bigger items that we wanted to sell. He handled everything we needed including the setup, the pricing, the advertising and the sale itself.

Eric and his helpers were personable and worked diligently to make the event a great success. They spent several days setting up items in an appealing presentation and ran the two-day sale, with throngs of customers attending. At our request, when the sale was over, whatever was not sold, Eric hauled away for donation.

I can honestly say, I never would have been able to conduct this sale without the advisement and expertise of Eric and his helpers. If you are considering an estate sale or a downsizing sale, this is your company! Eric is honest and moral and is great at getting down to what needs to be done. And, his helpers are wonderful to work with. It’s a win, win!!

A Forgotten Treasure Estate Sales is top notch! Eric and RuthAnn came to our rescue with not only short notice for our sale date, but a smaller than average sale when no one else would.
