I very RARELY write reviews of any kind but this one made me. The people picking up the phones are extremely rude! I was trying to send flowers to my sister who is receiving treatment at a cancer center. The way that they talked to me was so disrespectful and condescending. One person talked over me, barely could follow the questions I am asking, and pushed me off the phone. The next one was talking down to me and hanging up before I finished speaking. They genuinely hurt me 🙁 Never again.

Wonderful! The flowers were delivered to my daughter within 3 hours of me placing the order online. This arrangement and mug are fun, bright and cheery!!! This is the perfect "Just Because" surprise. Thank you for such wonderful service and beautiful flowers!

My siblings and I always get our mom flowers for her birthday and mother's day. It was a tradition carried on by her father and our father, both of whom are deceased now. Years ago we had the most amazing flower guy he was creative, thoughtful, and best of all listened. I loved it because we could go into his shop chat with him about what we wanted and ta-da the most beautiful arrangement would arrive for our mom! He closed up shop years ago and we've struggled to find a replacement - until now! It was fun to be back in a flower shop and talk about our mom. The customer service was knowledgeable, professional, but above all guided us through find a perfect arrangement. As you can see from the photo the flowers were beautiful, she loved them, and everyone was envious at work (which for us is the point of flowers 🙂 ) .

We only order twice a year so please, go support them so they can stay in business. We need more local, quality flower shops! Thank you a Classic Bloom! We look forward to many years and celebrations to come

I ordered during Hurricane Beryl power outages and as soon as they got electricity they called to see if I still wanted the arrangement. Very nice and flowers were beautiful!

this is the worst flower shop i’ve ever talked to. she was extremely rude and was practically yelling at me over the phone, she told me “i should know how it is.” I’ve never experienced such rudeness from a flower shop. I do not recommend.

THE BEST flower shop in Houston hands down. Jim always welcomed me at the door, he doesn't seem to forget his regular customers. Today got a reasonably priced beautiful bouqet for my mom and single red rose for my wife and both were WAY better than anything I couldve found at HEB, and he put it together for me with short notice.

I have ordered (from long distance) multiple bouquets for my mom for birthdays, mother’s day, etc. and the arrangements are always lovely and timely delivered. Love having a reliable florist in Houston.
