I had facial here and I think the product used is cause my acne to worsen. Before the facial began, i did mention that i am not suitable with products that contains tea tree oil. Lisa assured me that this product is good. After the facial one day after my acne worsen.
I had to resort to other treatments and it cause me much more. I hope the owner would own to this and the least owner can do is to refund my payment for future packages. its not a lot of money the owner said it herself. But to me it is a lot of money. I resort to putting a bad review as we cannot find resolution. The owners did not even own to anything. There is no remorse and asking for evidence. Who is to blame to the reaction that i have? even gaslighting and forcing me to continue with the facial but with other products. I have no trust in having facial in this place.
I am not unreasonable i am still paying for the services provided. But i want the money back from the services that is not provided and i will not be using.
There has been too many places that provided unsatisfactory results even damaging left wild free. The reason that the refund is not granted is because the owner said CUSTOMER will understand that money cannot be refunded. 🫢

TO THE OWNER: KINDLY PLEASE REFUND $440 FOR THE UNUSED SERVICE.
UPDATE: The owners have blocked communication with me.
To owners : Please find way how to resolve this.
