They do not deserve a single star. I ordered flowers for a friend's 60th birthday, specifically asking for a morning delivery. By early afternoon, still no delivery, no response to the phone messages I left them and also no call back. I used this florist since I wanted to support local businesses and also because it's close to the delivery address, thinking this would make things easier - no such luck. Stay away from them!

They deserve no stars. I am still on hold going on 30 minutes about flowers I ordered yesterday and were told they would be delivered yesterday. I was also told the floral designer would send me a picture of the final flowers before delivering them. Trust me when I tell you I am also reaching out to Teleflora to let them know what kind of business this is and do they really want them representing their brand. AVOID THESE SHAMERS AT ALL COST. UPDATE: I did speak with representatives at Teleflora to warn them. The flowers were never delivered had to use another florist that did an excellent job. Give BLOSSOM FLOWER SHOP a try in Brooklyn! I was charged by them in full which I am refuting with my bank. AGAIN AVOID THESE SHAMERS AT ALL COST!!

Would give this site 0 stars but it's not an option.
After adding a thoughtful message to be included with the flowers I ordered. I got an order confirmation email. I thought I was set but, the order never arrived. I called several times. Every time I was placed on hold. Twice, I was promised a call back that was never received. Finally I checked the charges on my card to confirm purchase for the order. No charge from a Brooklyn florist was found. Do Not waste your time ordering from this site, you and your loved one will be left disappointed 😔.

Literally a scammer. I booked v-day flowers in mid Jan. They charged me in full, no flowers ever showed up, no notice/explanation was given and no one's answering the phone. AVOID
