Great Product and amazing service , took it oversea for my kid who plays U19 league enjoying the product.
My kid is using the grind machine daily and improving their skills and shooting repetition.
I have only great words on product support, I was a bit worry taking it overseas but team and support been great.

First and foremost, the fact that a portable shooting machine was created for a consumer is mind blowing to me! Because these machines are usually super expensive and weighs a ton!

I’m a basketball skills trainer and I’m an above the knee amputee. For anyone that’s a trainer knows that when you putting your clients through drills, the balls will bounce everywhere sometimes. A person with both of their limbs has an easier task of retrieving the balls. But for an amputee, movement isn’t always easy or quick. The GRIND Machine has really revolutionized basketball training for me. I’m now able to construct drills without stressing about having to hop around all over the place to get the balls. My clients are able to put up a minimum of 500 shots. AND, I was able to wheel this machine into 24 Hour Fitness! Who has ever seen a shooting machine in a 24 Hour Fitness? No one lol.

I wheeled through the front door, into the elevator and onto the court! Great machine and it did exactly what it was suppose to do! I would recommend this machine to anyone, and especially basketball trainers and schools with small budgets.

I bought this for my daughter because it was cheaper than the dr dish and portable for home use. As soon as we tried it we didn't like it one bit. The net makes your jumper shoot at super weird arch. The front of the net is far too close to the actual hoop. And if you move it forward the balls will escape from the back. Also didn't like the post sticking up past the net on the sides because we are not able to shoot from that angle. The net also makes it hard to concentrate/see on the rim. The poles are very hard and stick to get up and into place. I didn't like the fact of how heavy it is for my daughter even though it has wheels. I ended up returning it and the customer service was bad. I had to pay shipping back which was 500 and they still deducted 500 for "shipping and restocking" even though I packed it back exactly how it came to me.
Overall was very unpleased with this purchase

Machine deliveries (at least in my experience from earlier) are done in batches so once a batch closes they finish production and deliver machines. While this can lead to long lead times, that is understood in the communication received. Machine arrived with no issues and used straightaway at my AAU team practice. Thomas came out to talk to everyone and record some video clips. I’ve experienced nothing but great customer service and a great experience with the machine. Setup does require some “tweaking” of the ball chute to optimize the throwback distance but that’s easy to achieve.

We love the machine. There was a bent pole and leg, but their staff called me and mailed out replacement parts. The issue could have been caused by FEDEX. Happy so far!

I had an issue with my machine not firing and reached out to GRIND. They were very prompt and professional. I received a replacement part for my machine as well as a video to help me. This process was stress free. I will definitely be spreading the word about the elite customer service I received !

This machine had a few glitches when I first bought the grind. The poles didn't come out, and then along the way the catapult button failed, the bag funnel started to rip. I contacted GRIND about each issue and they made fixes right away, they sent new poles, they sent new switch, the sent new silinoid they literally sent replacement parts for everything the glitched. The machine is AWESOME and truly gives you the grind needed to become an elite shooter, top scorer. I highly recommend this product to everyone I know.
