I reached out on the website, Caroline refuses to arrange a pickup although the postcard states that they will arrange a pickup if their designated day does not work. I would like to donate electronics and furniture, but she insists that I need to place them on the street and that they will be picked up between 8 AM and night time on the designated day for my street. This is unacceptable.

Be careful using these guys for claims. This office is willing to submit claims but as soon as you follow up they become a ghost. Beware..

Don’t trust them to pick up your mattress. Missed my heavy trash day and they came out and said a like new mattress wasn’t in good enough shape to donate...

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone nor call me back. All you hear is that we cannot take any calls at this time. I guess the only way to talk to someone is by going on a 32 mile drive. Thanks
