I called over there and some girl answered and then then when i started to talk she hung up and everytime i try to call it goes to voicemail not very good employees they dont know how to answer the phone and do theyre job right

It’s Been a learning experience, I have noticed the worker are capable of helping each others and the team manager are interactive with employees to help them achieve their goals. Of course there always Room for improvement on both sides I believe the manager should at least work once a month on the line in each department to enjoy being apart of the community of associates. Meaning it’s one thing to talk about working but another to actually stack pallets, fill liquids bottles, wearing safety glasses walk the talk just my professional opinion . Each Manager from operations Manager to the plant Manager meaning the entire shift there are enough managers to where two should actually be on the line in one department say half a shift then go to other. Not as a Manager but as associate not to be there manager but team associate sweeping,stacking, no leaving for phone calls. As a worker remember the summer coming changing conditions this would allow them to understand the workload more hands on no better teacher then that .

Great place to work even better opportunities. Just have to be willing to put the effort in. You get 3 days off with the option to work Friday leaving you Saturday and Sunday. They are very well maintained about our safety also
