After contacting A-1 Plumbing & Emergency Services over a non-emergency plumbing issue, I received a very timely next day appointment. Plumbing technician, Jason Miller, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot a major issue with a newer poorly installed shower kit. I have scheduled an appointment for him to resolve the issue. I appreciate all the time he took to educate me on the cause of the issue and feel very comfortable and confident in his ability to resolve the issue and properly reinstall it. Thank you for making this process so easy to navigate.

Long story short, we’ve had some reoccurring plumbing issues and we’ve been using A-1 to clear the lines. This is the second time it’s backed up into our tubs and Jason was able to come out within 45 minutes and work on clearing them out and helping us find the issue.
He was here for quite a while and was explaining the process and walking us through issues he saw in our lines and what he thought was the main reason our lines are backing up.
Super thankful he took the time to walk us through it all. It’s always worth the money when you learn something new and have the problem mostly resolved.

Leo and Jose helped me today! They educated me on why there may have been a back up on the sewer line. They let me watch what they were doing and gave me suggestions on prevention for future problems. They showed me the faulty areas of my old pipes and helped me start thinking of next steps in prevention. They sold me a product that may also help with prevention. They were friendly explained things until i understood. They are excellent at customer service!!!! Thank you for sending them!

We've been struggling with a basement drain for 15 years. Several 'good' plumbers have helped us over the years, but the problem has always returned soon after 'fix'. A-1 showed up and took a completely different approach to the problem and I am VERY confident that I will not see this problem come up again for a very long time. After seeing how much better they understood the solution, I am so disappointed with the plumbers who came before.
