Staff and nurses are amazing and treated me really well. The doctor and I had a plan for my treatment then all of a sudden he decided there was nothing else he could do for me. It was so abrupt with no explanation. Very frustrating. Then with the refferal he created for another urologist it was rejected and I was never told. I was also suppose to have a urogyno referral not just urologist. Im in so much pain and feel let down. Why would the same type of doctor be of any help anyway if he couldn't do anymore and not give me the urogyno referral like we talked about... grrrrrrr very frustrating. I'd like to restate that the nurses and office staff are absolutely amazing ?

Dr Janiga has such an amazing office staff and friendly/helpful nurse practitioner. I was in with a lot of pain and a bit of a complicated story and they were very accommodating and understanding. Dr Janiga even came in to chat with me about my upcoming procedure, and said he'd do everything in his power to help it go smoothly so I can leave for my business trip the next day. I really felt this office cared for me as a person and I wasn't just another chart and paycheck to them. I'm extremely picky with doctors too.

Dr. Janiga is an extremely caring doctor. He takes very good care of his patients. He has amazing bed side manner and his work is equally as amazing! I needed a lithotripsy for a 6-7mm stone and had another urologist keep putting it off when I would go to the er after trying meds to help pass it. My er doctor called Dr. Janiga and he said he would get the lithotripsy done that day for me. I was extremely relieved to finally be getting rid of Stan, the pain in my side. Well surgery was yesterday and today I’m already feeling back to my old self. So much so that I have to remind myself to take it easy. If you need a urologist this is definitely the best doctor you will find, hands down!!

Got my vasectomy done yesterday. Took literally 20 minutes and was virtually pain free. Woke up this morning with no pain or discomfort at all. 10/10 would do again but I only got two tunes lol

Doctors that demand a referral over cash are not interested in their patient's wellbeing- merely perpetuating the big Healthcare machine. They want you to pay several folks along the way to often simple surgeries.
This is one of those doctors. Makes you wonder why they got into the racket of Healthcare to begin with!
