My children had appointments with this team during my children's Thanksgiving Break. A couple weeks later after scheduling, they tried to have us change the appointment time because they had "an opening," to which I responded that we would not. Two weeks later I received a call saying that the appointment that we had (conveniently during Thanksgiving week) was not available anymore. I have had to move my children's treatment to the next week.

I would leave 0 stars if i could.
I have a 3.5 year old who’s only been to the dentist once and was really scared. Absolutely no measures were taken by any of the staff to make him comfortable. The dentist didn’t address him at all just ordered me to grab him and lay him down so she could look on his mouth. I asked if i could try and soothe him with a video and was told no. When he cried they said that they couldn’t do anything for us and told us to leave.
Terrible service. Not a good children’s dentist at all! Stay away from here.

Dr. Rosy, Vickie, and Jose have created an environment where my children feel safe and nontraumatized coming to the dentist. They help to make sure my children feel comfortable throughout their visit. They have always shown patience, understanding and compassion. My children have been seeing Dr. Rosy for over 5 years and we are thankful for her and her staff.

Our daughter has significant anxiety going to the dentist, which requires us to get a specific referral to this dentist through our insurance. Their office knew this upfront, yet on both visits, the hygienists made comments that she should "hurry up" and they "were running out of time." On our second visit, our daughter was working hard to do what was asked of her and as she was doing it, the dentist told us she wouldn't do the procedure and stopped everything. Overall, my husband and I both felt they had no time/patience for my daughter, were not encouraging or supportive, and did not listen to our input on what we thought our daughter would best handle, so wasted all of our time and made our daughter feel like a failure. This clinic definitely was not a good fit for our child with fears of the dentist and did not make any of us feel comfortable.

This office used to be very friendly, but seemed to have gone downhill. The dental hygienist has been unprofessional in the lobby, to the point where I chose to reschedule my son's appointment because she seemed so upset. At his next appointment they refused to do any work on him unless he is under anesthesia, saying his chart said he had a hard time previously with the gas. He had not had a hard time. The only polite person I've encountered there recently is the receptionist. I do not recommend this office.

I wouldn't bring my kids anywhere else. The staff here is amazing. I will never forget the first time I brought my son and he needed a cavity filled, he didnt even know they gave him a shot because they were so gentle! We've seen Dr. Chris and Dr. Rosy and both are wonderful. And all of the dental assistants are friendly and great with kids! I have 4 boys and can usually get appts so they can all be seen almost at the same time. You really cant go wrong here.

I just didn’t like it very much. They dropped a tool in my mouth once and didn’t seem to care very much. I also broke a bracket on a French fry and that bracket was never lose before that. I’ve also broken way more brackets than normal when eating things im allowed to eat. This place is just not very good. Plus they took off two brackets and the person said they wanted to go home and there was no time to repair the ones he just took off. I was not very happy. ):
