Purchased a 1/2 yard of Sonoma gold and it took about 30 min to get loaded. While waiting I was almost locked in the holding yard. A truck driver told the employee locking the gate I was still waiting to get my material.
My last trip I called ahead of time and asked if 2 yards of mushroom compost was available for pick up. They said yes. I arrived paid for my compost then the guy in the loading yard told me they are out. I went back to the office got a refund and was told no one else in the auburn area Carrie’s compost. This was also a bunch of B.S.! Robinson’s in auburn ca has several different composts including mushroom compost. To top it off it was $16.50 less per yard. I was happy to save some money but I’m done with A&A they have made it clear they do not want my business or care about people’s time!

Lots of stuff to choose from, but they're kinda sketchy at check out. Been here multiple times by default. They're super rude with every customer they interact with. I'd love to never come here again.

Id like to say Liz at a&a was a lifesaver! So helpful and sweet. She went above and beyond when i didnt have a clue of what i was doing. She helped me get what i needed and was honest and saved me a thousand dollars vs another company! ❤❤

Doesn't look like much from the road but this is my favorite stone veneer showroom in the region. Liz is an absolute pro that's able to calculate veneer, block, and rock down to a T. Good follow up by phone, email, as well for large orders and delivery scheduling.
This is my go-to for complex job calcs and above board pricing for CalStone, Basalite, Belguard, El Dorado Stone & Creative Mines.

I needed hearth stone for my fireplace and had already been to Silverado with no luck. This little 'dusty shoe' office and yard was great. Their person walked me through their yard and we found just what I needed at one quarter of the price. I watched them help other customers and they really knew their stuff.

Liz was extremely rude and vulgar. Have done business here before... but due to how rude she was at 8 am. My company will never do business here again. They sold me a pallet with prior knowledge that I would use the stones I needed and return the rest. I drive back up the next day to return the rest. And by Liz was told, "We are not taking it back" "You should have known this as she laughs". I tryed to say, "you (liz) sold it to me yesterday telling me I could return what I didnt use." Then all she did was laugh and respond, "its yours".... "bye".
Extremely disappointing and disrespectful employees. I have dont the transaction with the A&a in Lincoln many times with out ever any issue. This is pour costumer service and blatant lies to capitalize on a sale. Maybe management should review how there employees talk and treat on going customers aswell. Wont be doing any further business with this company.

Taylor and Francis have helped me go from an ugly hill in my backyard to my dream backyard including a stone retaining wall and a gorgeous/ colorful flagstone patio! It's still a work in progress but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my needs!!
