To get to the Westchase community association pool, take Linebaugh to Belgrave Road, Left on Parly Rd and it's all the way down. These facilities have 4 tennis courts,7 swim lanes, and a slide

Debbie, Charlotte and the entire team at the Westchase HOA take such great care of our community. They are always helpful and do what they can to make sure Westchase remains the premiere Tampa Bay community that it has been for the past 25+ years! When residents purchase a home in our community, they sign off on all of the guidelines and "rules" which have been put in place by our governing HOA (made up of homeowner volunteers elected by homeowners). Debbie and the team work for the association and manage the operations of the HOA including enforcement of the policies/rules set forth in our HOA's governing documents. They do it fairly and follow the process. If there's a problem, they are happy to answer questions and assist where they can. In my case, we have had several recent modification requests including a few which needed clarification or adjustments on my part. In each case, they were respectful, friendly and worked with us to get it completed correctly so that the modification committee could approve. I am thankful they are there to assist (and help keep our property values in check too). I am also thankful for the dozens of homeowners who give their time to serve on the HOA and work tirelessly to do this important work on our behalf.

I’ve lived in westchase for 2 years & I have had nothing but issues. You can’t breathe here without getting a letter. Everyone is rude, stuck up, and lack customer service skills. They do not follow up on issues. For instance, when I paid my 2019 HOA fee in person, they told us we could use the amenities. I take my 2 small children on a beautiful day to the pool & they denied us access. Anyone with small children know how difficult it is to tell them “never mind kids we aren’t going swimming today”. Instead we were met with a rude snarky employee who denied us access & there is NO ONE to help on the weekends. He kept trying to shove a business card in my face & then slammed the window shut in my face. I called the office manager the next business day who was equally rude & found no issue with the comments made by the pool employee. She even admitted to their office not following up & giving us access but had zero remorse for the incident. If I could go back in time I would never move to westchase. Biggest mistake of my life.

Claimed they sent letters about Association dues. After just 1 month they sent the claim to an attorney office now making me pay attorney fees. Total 2x the original amount due. No phone call or email sent to follow up before sending to attorney. Office manager Debbie rude and unprofessional. No one willing to help. Horrible experience.

It’s fine I guess but I just have to be honest. This community is nice and peaceful, but the people are so rude especially when I’ve had experiences with the schooling. I would personally and with all due to respect give this community a 3 star. It’s okay but the best part is the community pool!
