I've been in a aeon property for the last 3 years I've lived in Carrington and the new crest. Everything has been fine. I have visited the actual Aeon office the receptionist has been extremely helpful she has always been very professional and helpful anytime I had to visit the office. We had to visit about our deposit after not understanding what we were seeing on the new app that they switched over to. She went above and beyond to explain things to us. Printed off paperwork and explained to us in full detail what was going on. Within in 5 minutes she was able to put my mind at ease and reassured us that our deposit was in the mail. These 5 stars 🌟🤩

The Elms apartment management is horrible. I was suppose to sign my lease on the 2nd of September. I had to fax all the paperwork myself at the main office, the landlord missed the lady who was supposed to do an inspection and when I called they act like I was bothering them. The landlord’s coworker walked off the job after only working there a short time and now I see why. These people don’t do their job at all!!!

I’ve lived in this complex over 2 yrs and have had nothing but bad experiences with the newest manager, Eric Wiley. I went without heat for 3 days with below zero temperatures and it was only taken care of because I called Ramsey Co Codes. I started keeping track of the number of times they need to inspect or enter our apts. In 4 months management had to enter all apartments 4 times. It’s borderline harassment. I’ve had to call codes more than once to get things repaired in my apartment. I would strongly advise to avoid Aeon properties. Very happy to be moving soon

I lived at a property managed by aeon for roughly 7 years of my life, and I’ve noticed that they never fixed things in a timely manner. They never have properly prepped for you to move into basements are flooded. Mold everywhere, trash everywhere they do not have the employees to maintain the property’s Management will act like they care, but they don’t They treat their residents like crap there’s homelessness everywhere used needles. There’s been cases for the swap team has been involved and people were evacuated from the property for hours. There’s been shootouts, armed individuals cocaine in the hallways I’ve been an employee also so I know that things don’t get done there’s been cases where people have asked for new fridges that their fridge don’t work and they don’t receive a fridge for half a year. There are cases were people have doors missing in their apartment and management will tell them that they will get new doors within a few weeks. They do not get new doors for like a year or more Management resident and the company will, and then they will turn around and say that they never said, or they never knew about the issue The property is absolutely insanely poorly run aeon Properties are all my understanding, poorly run, roughly the same. It leaks all the way to corporate decisions. They continuously get funded out of my mind If people donate money to them about the problems and the property probably wouldn’t donate. I highly recommend that if you choose or if you have no other choice, but the lives here. On there Properties You record every single conversation Take notes and emails copies of everything They’ve been getting away with it for way too long are moving the property move out within two months of living there because they were lied to There’s endless people out there so poorly because it’s so dangerous or because they feel like they do not matter as Individuals aeon Properties are more concerned about receiving federal funding Or eight voucher funding and other funding and they are maintaining or keeping their Properties up to par or the state where you actually do a huge inspection seriously hard-core on all their properties they would find out very quick That there are tons of violations, and that they should not be receiving these vouchers in funding. If a person on section 8 does not have doors they worked in fridge or a dishwasher that works properly they should not have to pay their rent. They should not be entitled to money from the state. Individual Section 8 in the state in the federal government did their job They would hold this company responsible for its decisions and try to protect the individuals and their vouchers

The management at Cloverfield has been horrible. Even though the rent is paid on time every month, I receive late charges and an intent to evict notice every month. I have stopped trying to contact them because they never respond. It will be corrected but I have never received a notice of that or an apology, then happens again the next month. They went through the parking garage cutting off the locks of the bikes on the bike racks, piled them outside and disposed of them. We had a flood from a sprinkler that was damaged. They did not replace the carpet in the hall. There was mold on the carpet and walls that they just vacuumed and painted over.

Tina Sklors- Senior Portfolio Director at Aeon Corporation

I wrote you an email about a week ago regarding this very important matter that you have yet responded to.

My name is Mike Shields I stay at "The Rose Apartments" It was brought to my attention that Barbara Ransom no longer works with Aeon, so I am reaching out to you, who was her supervisor, about dates and times of camera footage that I wanted reviewed by I.T.

I believe I have had someone entering my place while I'm not here and I wanted the dates and times that I requested to be reviewed.

I was told by the receptionist that the camera footage was reviewed, however no one got in contact with me to let me know anything. I guess I'm confused as to why everyone, including the receptionist, knows more about the camera footage than I do and I'm the one that put in the request. And now that I think about it why should the receptionist know the results of my situation? Is that apart of her job description?

I am aware that I am not able to view the camera footage to confirm or deny what is being seen, It's been very difficult to take anyone at their word when this whole situation is being handled in a very unprofessional manner. I'm concerned.

The new management team they have at The Adam's Apartments have no respect for the tenants.. No interactions nor have they introduced themselves only sliding notes, warnings, and violations underneath doors right before the end of their shift not giving tenants the opportunity to ask questions or concerns. When you do try to talk to them they brush you off as if they are in a 8 hour meeting.
