I love Cuttlerlandings they keep the vegetation, beautiful I’m all into that. They’ve never stressed me about very few things but all in all, it’s very gay friendly. Also, it’s friendly to all races and cultures. We all interact with each other no crime. I have amazing neighbors that support me as I am the only Probably gay guy that I know here and I hope I will never have a problem since I got here almost 10 years ago they haven’t picked on me. They have been kind from the entrance to the end. I just wish we had beautiful lighting and make it the next Coral Gables. The property values are going up , hopefully soon it’ll be the next color bay. I think the residence and I hope that the residence the board and the association will keep me safe in this wonderful endeavor community. Love the family.

I been living her for 2 months and it has been great especially for families with small children. Safe gated community. Love that it has two playgrounds one for smaller kids( unfortunately is abandoned and needs maintenance) and another for the older kids. Many houses after big kids playground are ugly and horrible condition it looks like a totally different neighborhood kind of ghetto.

If you like Karens, as in the original defintion of Karens. You love this place. Always nice when so many people are worried about the health of your lawn... but won't help fix it.
