I would give this place a negative star if I could. They have absolutely zero respect for other people’s time and resources. I submitted an application and was made to believe the process was moving along by everyone I spoke with and was told multiple time they were only “waiting for signatures from supervisors” in no instance did they say anything was wrong with the application even after I stressed multiple times that I was at risk of being kicked out from current living arrangements due to their “strict 30 day policy” for reviewing applications. After THIRTY FIVE!!!! days the landlord of the house I was looking to rent had their lawyer threaten legal action because their property had been off the market the entire waiting period and we were receiving ZERO news about what the delay was. Not even an hour later I received a rejection letter because my “credit score was not high enough”, mind you my credit score exceeded the requirements on the application so that was total BS and obvious retaliation. The landlord’s lawyer wanted to fight it but I simply couldn’t keep waiting to move and did not have the time to deal with their BS bureaucracy and holier than thou supervisors. Either way I no longer felt safe and imagined they would be bothering me about every little thing possible in retaliation. After reading these reviews i obviously dodged a bullet. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Let me just say this is the first time I’ve had a pleasant experience with first service residential, Michelle Diaz goes up and beyond!! She is extremely attentive and answers any questions that you have while making sure that the entire hoa application process is done thoroughly and smoothly! Extremely thankful for her and I highly recommend first service residential using Michelle Diaz in Marbella.!!!!

Nice neighborhood, horrible board members ''Sonia Castro" she thinks she can do whatever she wants, we can't have guess over without fearing she will get the car towed and this is with visitors pass, i pray that God will bring the board members joy because the are so bitter. Guys think before you buy or rent here, even if you follow all rules they will make your tenancy miserable!
