We have always had exceptional service using Sanibel Holiday. They are quick to address any issues if the need arises, Usually everything is topnotch, however in June 2024 we had an unforeseen issue which was contributed to on-going recovery from a hurricane. Issue was immediately addressed, and maintenance operations manager Chris went over and above to rectify the situation. He maintained communication with us during the rest of our stay. We highly recommend Sanibel Holiday for your vacation rentals.

We stayed at 451 Loggerhead Cay. The condo was very well equipped and very clean. Loggerhead Cay is a very relaxed facility with great pool and beach access. I dealt mostly with the owner, Tammy, and she was an extremely good host

Sanibel Holiday was great to work with. We decided to make reservations at pretty much the last minute, and the agent we worked with was really helpful in getting it done. There turned out to be a minor issue with the condo we rented (the dryer was broken), but they let us know ahead of time, so that we could plan accordingly. They also stocked the unit with extra towels, which was thoughtful. We appreciated that they let us know that the condo was ready before the 3:00 check-in. When we got there, it was absolutely spotless, and stocked with all the essentials. We've rented through several agencies on Sanibel through the years, and this was definitely one of the best experiences we've had.

They've found me places to stay on a moment's notice when I've had flights canceled (due to New England snowstorms) or a last-minute decision to extend a vacation. And all the condo units they've booked for me have been superb---beautiful, well situated, clean. I highly recommend them.

We've rented through Sanibel Holidays for 6 years and found them to be professional, courteous, and responsive. Not being one of the very largest agencies on the island, they make a point of knowing who you are and how they can help. We advocated to stop one of the wildlife ponds from being filled in and they supported us, using their network to lend weight to what turned out to be a successful effort. They are prompt to meet any needs that arise during our stay. We recommend them without hesitation.

My husband and I have rented a vacation home with Sanibel Holiday during the months of September and October for over five years. The property we rent is very nice and well appointed. It feels like our home away from home.

The Sanibel Holiday staff is very helpful when you need a restaurant or business recommendation. Most importantly, they have been very responsive to our needs when we've had a concern or maintenance issue.

We wouldn't think of using another rental company!
