Nice store with a good selection of high quality clothes. However the moment my wife and I walked in, a member of staff was less than subtle about following us around the shop. It was highly offputting to browse whilst being glared at by a member of staff who presumably thought we were potential shoplifters. My wife is black so the implication was pretty obvious. Perhaps staff could do with more training - but why would we ever choose to shop with a brand that allows or encourages this sort of ‘service’? Will be avoiding in future.

Reflective of Swedish customer service in that they’re very attentive and helpful and want to ensure a good purchasing experience in store. I got myself a nice pair of black Chelsea boots and a new beanie and both have been great quality. It’s worth it to pop into the shop because the website stock might not reflect what’s in the store, and it might actually be in stock! Lovely staff and selection of fashion.

One of the best contemporary clothing stores in London by far and I have to say Dave and Heather went above and beyond and knew absolutely everything about every item and I felt truly spoilt and looked after. Never written a review for a clothing store before but these two members of staff deserve recognition.

Love the new store. Very spacious and inviting.

Great range of products including some which were out of stock online.

Returned an online order which was made very easy by the great members of staff. Refund received promptly the next day.

By far my favourite clothing brand right now. Thanks ADM London.

Not one for taking the time to write a review, but my recent experience with an employee at this shop warrants one! I've been a customer since the store opened. As I now live outside of London, I only get in once in a while. Last year, I popped in for some specific items. I was assisted by a young lady called Emma. One of the items was not available and she directed me to try the head office, which I did. They were of no help whatsoever. The only real reply I received was that the item was discontinued and would no long be available. Further, they indicated there were no other existing stock to be found. To my great surprise and pleasure almost a year later, this employee did something I did not think existed any longer! She took ownership and initiative. She rang me personally almost a year later to let me know she had found the shirt I had been looking for. Further to this, as she knew I lived outside of London, she held it at the store for me to collect on my next visit. Super service by an exceptional employe! So rare these days! Thank you!

I’ve been shopping in the London store more times than I can remember and have always been treated amazingly by your staff. Today was a different story when I was returning a waxed jacket - the man working there asked why it was wet. Obviously it wasn’t wet, the material feels damp when it’s chilly outside. This man made me feel like I was in the wrong, he was rude and created a very awkward and unpleasant situation for me as a costumer. After years shopping with you, sadly I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

My favourite Scandinavian clothing brand. Really well made wardrobe staples. Everyone should have a herringbone over-shirt in my opinion. The sneakers are as good as Common Projects and half the price too.
