I just had my stitches out I've had a lot of pain I ripped some stitches out just a few days after he put them in so he took me back in the hospital and cleaned it out and and redid the stitches and he made sure you did a good job of it so those stitches were about to come out my only complaint I mean he's fine I only complaint was the needle when you go in there with that needle to dumb you and you stick it in one spot and then you push it into different areas to spray the stuff in that is extremely painful I would much rather been asleep than taking that kind of pain but other than that I don't have any other complaints I thought you did fine

Doctor Kronen is very good a his job but struggles to stay on schedule with his appointments. I arrived at the office at 1:45 pm for my 2:00pm appointment. I was finally called back into the patient room/office at 2:50pm. Dr. Kronen came in to speak with me at 3:15pm, and my appointment lasted 5 minutes in total.

I know that appointments can sometimes run late, but I expect an apology at the very least. Waiting over an hour for a 5 minute visit, with no acknowledgment to the amount of time I waited, is ridiculous.

Pleasantly and timely greeted by front desk staff, nursing staff was helpful and pleasant when bringing us back to room. Dr. Kronen was fantastic with my 9yr old daughter and was thorough and explained everything in a way that she could understand. Overall great experience!
