Just a family member of a patient, but I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Hinds! She’s everything a pediatrician should be: kind, knowledgeable, and great with kids and adults. Why haven't I made a review for Dr. Hinds!? When I was pregnant with my oldest in 2018, I went to a breastfeeding class that she directed at LRH. She was an amazing teacher and she had such a calm energy. She was so supportive, honest, and encouraging. Obviously I knew who I wanted to be his primary doctor. In late 2019, I got pregnant with my youngest and OF COURSE you know she called me out on my pregnancy before I could even tell her! ? Now she takes care of him, too. She has remained an amazing teacher and everything mentioned above that made me entrust her with my children's care... before they were even born! Most importantly, my boys look forward to seeing her. Her nursing team is fantastic as well (I'm sooo bad with names but they're so patient, caring, kind and supportive!) Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Hinds and your nurses for all you do! ❤️

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this office recently. My nephew needed medical attention for an urgent issue, and his father scheduled an appointment with them, making sure to let them know that I would be the one bringing him in. However, when we arrived at the office, we were informed that my nephew's father needed to be present to sign paperwork, a requirement that was not mentioned when the appointment was scheduled.

It's deeply concerning that this office did not communicate this requirement beforehand, leaving us in a difficult situation. Even more concerning was their complete lack of flexibility and inability to provide any alternative solutions. Despite the obvious urgency of the matter, they simply turned us away.

This lack of foresight, communication, and willingness to accommodate patients is unacceptable. Medical offices should prioritize the well-being of patients and find solutions to ensure that individuals in need of care receive it promptly. Instead, we were met with rigid bureaucracy, and my nephew's health suffered as a result.

I strongly recommend that this office reviews its policies and procedures to prevent such situations from occurring in the future. Patients should not have to endure such unnecessary obstacles when seeking medical care.
