I have always had a pleasant experience at the Coffeyville Beltone Store with my father, so when it came time for me to purchase my first pair of hearing aids it was only natural I came to them. (I must admit, I also tested with Miracle Ear, but found Beltone a better fit for me.) Their customer service is excellent, Bradley did a great job of explaining all the details and getting me financing. Their office is clean and well organized. Highly recommend.

I was totally disappointed dealing with this location, then finally Adam came and took over and has given me excellent care he took the time to hear my concerns and has gone to great lengths to accommodate my needs of adapting current hearing aides by molding custom ones for my ears as my canals are extremely small and sharply curved. I was finding it very difficult to wear the original ones that were sent to me much less put them in due to limited motion and jerking due to stroke I was not able to manipulate them, I appreciate him so much and I know my family and friends will appreciate me not saying "What did you say or huh" all the time! Thank you

I bought a pair of the Imagine model, and they're amazing. Setting up the TV Link was a bit of a challenge, but once I got out of my own way I made it. It's great to be able to talk on the phone and hear the television again! I'm thrilled!
