Jay provided us with the best service EVER!! When doing the diagnosis of our two AC units he was very thorough. What we appreciate the most is that he took the time to explain to us what he found was wrong with our AC system. When recommending repairs, he gave us a couple options. After completing the repairs, he provided us with a regular maintenance schedule and checklist. We are very satisfied with Jay and will ask for him by name the next time we need service

My service technician Edgar was amazing. He arrived on time and serviced my two air conditioning units.
While he was in the attic completing his maintenance he smelled gas coming from one of our furnace units. He quickly informed me of what he found and started troubleshooting. There was a very small leak coming from one of the gas lines. Luckily it just needed to be tightened. I’m very glad that he noticed the leak and was able to take care of it quickly.

We are a Church Located in Corona, Ca and have been using RKM Heating and Cooling for 3 years. This time we had the pleasure of having James Todd come out and service our air conditioning Systems. James provided amazing service and was very thorough in explaining everything he was going to be doing, and was great at giving us a detailed report of what each system looked like, and any improvements he recommended to improve the quality of the systems and our air. James was also extremely clean, leaving every workspace he went to exactly as it was, even taking the time to vacuum the small particles that would fall when he was looking at the ducts inside of our building. Overall it was a great experience having James come out to service our units, and We look forward to having him for all of our future air conditioning services!

That also provided very useful information so that all my equipment last as long as possible, plus provided instruction on some programming for the units.
