My first time into Deaf dental. I am telling you they did amazing job. When I say amazing I mean more of incredible job. The work they do and caring for you. They friendly and communication very helpful. I would recommend you to come here and they would take care of you whatever possible!!! I would give em 5 stars plus plus plus +++++. Dr. Bo is meticulous, but also conservative in her approach. She takes pride in her work and is willing to take extra time if needed. She is accommodating and truly wants the best for every client. I am hearing, but I truly appreciate the service she provides to those in the deaf community. The office is full of wonderful and kind staff. I've been seeing her for 6 years and I won't go anywhere else.

Called to make an appt today as new patient. I asked receptionist if they are taking new patients and she said yes. After making me go through the process of providing her all my information she then tells me that they're not taking new patients for 3 months that they'll call me to make an appointment because they are too busy with office renovations. ?

Also, the receptionist kept pausing and chomping food in my ear and she didn't seem confident when answering my questions, very unprofessional.

Always have a good time here. Dr. Byun will be transparent and hold you accountable but never will make you feel guilty. It's a deaf practice but as someone who is a CODA, the communication there is always clear. If you're looking for a new dentist, don't hesitate to give this place a chance, even if you're hearing.

Excellent dentist. Great and transparent experience. Immediately picked up on an anomaly resulting from childhood radiation that no prior dentist noticed or brought to my attention.
