Dr Pinkham and the staff at Marriottsville animal hospital are the best. Everyone is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and honest. We brought our senior dog Storm to him on the recommendation of a friend and were so happy with the care we received. He worked closely with us to get her skin issues and weight under control, mindful to always share all options and to keep pricing in mind. The staff who scheduled and follow up are very accommodating and friendly. The office is always clean, well organized, and running (mostly) on time. Dr Pinkham was once conned into giving Storm extra treats while advising us on her diet, but we don't hold that against him - she was very charming.
At the end of her time, he and his staff were compassionate but honest about her situation and what could be done to help her. He and the staff checked in extra on Storm and us to make sure we had everything we needed to keep her comfortable. We will bring all of our animals to the lovely people at Marriottsville animal hospital.

We absolutely love this animal hospital. The staff and Dr. Pinkham are so welcoming. We drive approximately 30-40 minutes to arrive. Worth every minute. Dr. Pinkham takes his time and answers every question that we have or any concerns. Excellent practice.

Highly recommend to bring your pets. Dr. Pinkham is very knowledgeable and is gentle with his patients. He is not pushy when it comes to treatment and takes time to layout options and the costs. The staff is amazing- they are friendly, helpful, and do great work. Location is very convenient.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr Pinkham provides honest care. Other vets seem to push procedures or meds onto you for higher profits but not here. So when they say you should do something you can trust the advice.

This is absolutely the best vet to take your pet to!! I moved to the area and needed a new vet for my 2 year old dog, Nugget(left), and I’m so happy I found this place through reviews. I ended up getting a puppy, Skadi(right), so I got their puppy plan for her and highly recommended that to anyone with a puppy. Skadi is nearly a year old and through her life has had numerous digestive problems. This vet has always been so accommodating, especially through COVID. I really appreciate all that Doctor Pinkham, the receptionists, and technicians do to make each visit go smoothly. Absolutely amazing and knowledgeable staff, thank you all for your hard work!! Of course I had to include some pictures of the dogs for you guys to see how happy and healthy they are.
