I love Build a Bear, it is a must for children. They transmit magic, love and protection to your stuffed. Undoubtedly, it is always a good option.

I’m a regular Build a bear customer. I have always been happy with an experience, associated always been Patient and kid friendly. Today’s Experience was nothing like that. The Young woman I dealt with today I hope I have the pleasure of never dealing with her again. She was very rude towards my kids and complaining I bought four bears today. I have three small children yes it takes Patience and time. But if you can’t deal with children, you shouldn’t t be working at build a bear. I recommend build a bear. I’ve always loved it. I do not recommend this location.

This is my third time visiting this store. My most recent visit here was filled with the best service and attention from the staff.

Stephanie made both of my daughters' experiences extra special. She was very helpful and took the initiative to show us how a new talking bear worked. She also walked us through the cool process of creating a birth certificate for their new bears.

Buying stuffed bears at this store comes at a premium price, but with the five-star service we received, it made it all worthwhile.

I’m a grown woman who loves build a bear and my girlfriend took me to make one for our anniversary. The entire staff was so kind and wonderful. We shared upcoming plans and they were even excited for us. Stephanie especially made it a special experience while stuffing my bear. She let us both give him a heart and it was really sweet. The girls at check out were kind too. Even the employees on the floor were chatting us up. I’ve been to quite a few build a bears and this one is probably the best I’ve been to. We will definitely come back for my niece in the future aaaand maybe myself again.

Long story here. I had taken my older kids to build a bear for years we made this a tradition. My youngest child now 12 has autism, and took I little longer to make this happen. I called a head of time, and I was told that for the first hour on Tuesday was a sensory friendly experience, unfortunately there was loud music went got there. They had two customer and did not wanted to spoiled their experience, so I did not asked to lower down the music. I wanted to make this trip special for my kiddo so I kept my cool. Not sure if things change over time but I was expecting a little more engagement. I know my kid is older than the other clients but it was a big deal for us been able to finally unite him to the tradition specially went my oldest being gone for college. There was a kind young woman , who attended us, and she really tried to engage with my kid for that I am very thankful. I wish that the older lady was more kind. I was already out of my senses dealing with my kid to deal with the other attendant who tried to correct the girl in front of me. I felt like she did not like us there, and I paid cash, we almost left without our bear because according to older lady she couldn’t give out the change they had on register ?. I believe and second changes so, I hope to have better experience on my next visit !
