This doctor has a gate keeper with extremely poor patient bed side manner. I requested a call back from the doctor for a treatment plan and the sound of crickets "no call" was traumatic. Five days (business days) later when I called again the same gate keeper couldn't understand why doctor hasn't returned my call. The mode of talk and form of not allowing the patient to speak is cruelty to the core. Claudia Vidal is the name of that gate keeper! Beware if you encounter her, ever.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! An elderly family member was diagnosed with cancer and given hope at the hospital that his condition was very treatable. After seeing oncologist Dr. Vidal at Santos Medical Center, he was very sad, hopeless, and said he was discouraged from pursuing treatment and felt like he had months of life remaining. This is no way for a senior to live the rest of his life. Dr. Vidal is killing patients before they die. I really hope he stops discouraging patients and starts providing a ray of hope to the very end. This oncologist should move his speciality to hospice.

I called in and ask to clarify insurance and was totally disrespected lied to about speaking with a office manager or the doctor I was first hung up on and then told I was speaking to ms.Claudia who was supposed to be the office manager and she was even more rude. She did not let me speak and hung up the phone I was denied to speak to a manager and told the manger would act the same way while she yelled it to me and never received an apology for the unprofessional behavior I Never Knew That Someone Who was SUPPOSED to be Helping the members would be so rude. since I couldn’t speak with someone professional about the behavior and played phone tag with the rep I thought this would be a great way to report her rude unprofessional behavior I hope I’m the future you will provide members with a respectful rep that can deal with answering questions and being polite just thank you
