Scam. We did a timeshare tour and was given a voucher for a free vacation. We activated the voucher for 50.00 and could not secure any dates. It took months and months for communication to happen and when it did the lady was incredibly rude when I asked about the dates I requested. She encouraged me to get a refund for the activation which tells me this company never intends on booking you a vacation. Dont attempt to do business here. Nothing will get accomplished and you will lose money.

I’m so disgusted. All of the previous comments are true the staff is RUDE! To be a hospitality based company I’m appalled I paid $50 for my certificate and don’t even want to book at this point I’m literally SCARED the lady called me the B word and hung up because I asked for more details she told me was on the brochure. The brochure and website are both extremely vague. I just want my money back!

They take too long to book hotels when I can do by myself on the phone for a few minutes. Once they book the hotel, you cannot cancel unless you pay a cancellation fee. They don't give you any options, or even the name of the hotel, it's just take this one option or leave it and pay the cancellation fee. You have to pay a cancellation fee even if it's weeks before your stay and even if you haven't paid the reservation fees. The customer service reps on the phone are very short and don't explain anything. Seems like I'll get a better experience booking the hotel myself.

I asked for a refund and they "accepted" and their email said processing could take up to 60 days. Well it's been over two months and I still haven't gotten my refund and their phone lines are down and they don't respond to emails. So just so you are aware. Don't do it.

This place deserves negative stars. Always get voicemail when you call. Don't ever get what you ask for. Trying to get over $1000 back from them. It may be a lifetime before I get it back. Disgraceful place. Wouldn't even recommend this company to those I don't like.

Horrible experience with this company. They are rude and their customer service skills are horrible. They will cheat you out of money and them claim they don't know what's going on. They are a rip off. Never travel with this company they make you go through a 90 min presentation with pushy sale people trying to sale you a $10,000 package. You are placed in cheap ran down motels that need to be remodeled. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company if you looking for a good experience and nice trip. There are other vacation companies out here especially in Orlando that would treat you better and give you a better package and deal. I recommend trying them before doing any business with this company.
