Great old school hardware store with excellent service.

This place is small, but they are extreme helpful. Located 10 mins outside of town, you get to enjoy a short scenic drive there and then upon arriving you receive what customer service used to be like. This is one of the last old school hardware shops that used to be in every town before corporate America destroyed them and replaced them withwarehouses run by idiots. Help keep this place alive and give them a shot. Also visit the drive through convenience store right next door on your way out.

This place is awesome! The owners and employees are so friendly and helpful. They always make you feel welcome and taken care of when you walk through the door. My family loves shopping here for our farm, business, and household needs.

I find the place very helpful. As for the previous 1 star, I think you have a problem. They follow you around to be helpful and help you find what you need. It is a very nice family owned business.

My husband and I have been to this hardware store a few times as customers and each time we enter its like we entered a place we're not welcomed. The owners and workers are a locale family and every time our paths have crossed either in the store or out of it as we pass through to walk to the dollar general store not once have we received a friendly smile a nod other than being mean mugged. The times we have entered the store to look around their store, so we knew what they did have to offer or whenever we did purchase items we was followed around like we had been thieves etc. The feeling we both agreed we received was being creepy nonetheless.
Needless to say we decided we would continue to make the 12 mile trip to ACE HARDWARE or 20 mile trip to HOME DEPOT OR LOWES before we'd ever spend our hard earned money in their to Good for US kinda store. But they can continue to watch us walk right by their snotty snobbish rude selves as we ignore them from existence. And we wouldn't ever recommend this store to anyone because their prices are jacked sky high....
